Reporting of project groups

If you use the default project groups, you can view the general ledger and invoices by project groups. The former directly from the general ledger and the latter when it is set up separately or when the data are in Excel. They show data by transaction, so one project group will be displayed in one column. However, if you need to see reporting by a specific project group – for example by department – then there is a project group reporting plugin you can use. It includes the following:

  • Profit report by specific project groups – whenever you open the profit report, it will first show everything in total and then each project in a separate column. This would mean, on the example of departments, that each department would be displayed in a separate column and you could easily check the revenue, expenses and profit of the departments.
  • Graph: amounts sold to customers in the period by project group
  • Graph: amounts purchased from vendors in the period by project group
  • Graph: amounts sold to customer groups in the period by project group
  • Graph: amounts purchased from vendor groups in the period by project group
  • Graph: sales revenue by month in a specific year by project group
  • Graph: costs by month in a specific year by project group
  • Graph: turnover of a specific account by month in a specific year by project group

Plugin Requirement: Requires the Extra Reports plugin. It cannot be activated without it because the plugin uses the additional reports plugin.

Plugin price: 599 EUR + VAT.
