Automatic depreciation calculation

It is possible to set up automatic depreciation calculation in ERPLY Books. The software automatically calculates the previous month’s depreciation on the specified date.

To do this, look for the “Automatic depreciation calculation” module on the homepage. To add a new row, press the blue “Add” button and fill in the columns with the following information:

• • Date: the date of calculation of depreciation
  • Subject: Email title
  • Email text HTML: Email content in HTML

For example: Hello<br><br>Last month’s depreciation calculated!<br><br>Best regards

Finally, save the changes and log out of the account and then log back in for the changes to take effect.
