Support user in ERPLY Books

 

This manual describes how to add the support user in your ERPLY books account. Support user access allows ERPLY Books customer support to see your data and documents. So in case of a problem, it will be easier to find mistakes.

 

Adding Support User

If you ask us a question and our customer support tells you that we probably need to look into your account to understand the problem- so we ask you to add Support User. To add Support User go to Settings -> Configuration and find the blue button named ‘’Add Support User’’ and then confirm this. 

If this is confirmed we have access to your account. To add a support user you have to have administrator rights, otherwise you get an error message when clicking on the Support User button.
