Elastic Email integration
Elastic Email is a cloud-based email service that allows you to send large volumes of emails—such as transactional messages, invoices, and more—while making email management easier.
Integrating Elastic Email with ERPLY Books means that you can use the Elastic Email service to send both automatic and manual emails directly from ERPLY Books.
Once the integration is set up:
- Invoices are sent via Elastic Email.
- You can configure automatic reminders and other types of emails to be sent through Elastic Email.
- You can monitor the delivery status of each message.
To start the integration, you need to create an account in the Elastic Email environment. Once the account is created, you will get a key and an email address from which the messages will be sent to clients.
Integration in ERPLY Books
Open “Settings” -> “Integrations” -> find Elastic Email and click “Manage”.

A window will open where you need to enter:
- Elastic Email token: from your Elastic Email account
- When sending email also send bcc to: if you want to send a hidden copy of each invoice, for example to your accountant or yourself, add their email address in the BCC field.
- Sender: from your Elastic Email account
- Sender’s name: the name from whom the email is sent
- Reply to email: if left empty, the user’s email address (the one used when you log in) will be used.

Tracking email status in ERPLY Books
The status of all emails can be tracked in the report generator (“Reports” -> “Report Generator”).
- Tables: Email
- Output: E-mail.Creation Date, E-mail.Reason, E-mail.Document Status
