ERPLY Books Support Partnership

Become one of ERPLY Books providers by taking the partnership into second level. Every new sign up has a chance to choose you as their support partner. This way you can help them more than just giving technical support. You can do accounting consultations, offer accounting services, help with data import etc. Read more about it from here.

How it Works

1) Firstly, customer signs up.
2) Then they can choose who will be offering them support and consultations.
3) Your dedicated people answer customer’s technical questions.
4) All non-technical questions will be covered with consultations.

*Those are maximum level pricing limits. The prices are recalculated  once a year if necessary.

How to Start

1) Send up letter of request to info@erplybooks.com with company details.
2) Then we’ll sign a contract.
3) We’ll make trainings up to 20h.

Support partner onboarding costs onetime fee is 1000 EUR.
