Sisestada tuleb vaid parameetrid (ruutmeetrite arv, kogu k\u00fcttekulu vms) ja kontaktandmed ning edasi tegeleb arvetega juba programm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kinnisvaramooduli<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kasutamiseks tuleb esmalt teha seadistused ja seej\u00e4rel v\u00f5ib igakuiselt arveldama hakata. Seadistused h\u00f5lmavad j\u00e4rgmist: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>artiklite m\u00e4\u00e4ramine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; m\u00e4\u00e4rame, mille eest kliendile arve esitatakse (elekter, pr\u00fcgi, rent vms);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>klientide m\u00e4\u00e4ramine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; m\u00e4\u00e4rame, kellega on olemas rendilepingud ning \u00fchtlasi kirjeldame fikseeritud artiklite (n\u00e4iteks rent) igakuised summad;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>\u00fcldseaded<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; vajalik m\u00e4\u00e4ramaks, millised kinnisvaraobjektid teil on ja kui suur on sealne kinnisvara (pindala). <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kinnisvaramoodul<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ei t\u00e4henda aga \u00fcksnes kinnisvaraga seotud arvete koostamist ja v\u00e4ljastamist. Kui teil on andmed n-\u00f6 laiali ehk veerud pole j\u00e4rjekorras, siis kopeerige veergude kaupa (k\u00f5igepealt nimi, seej\u00e4rel summa jne).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seda saab teha <\/span><b>Sissetulekud -&gt; kontaktid-&gt; +Lisa <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ning avanenud aknas saab kirja panna uue kliendi andmed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kinnisvaraarved<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valides <\/span><b>kinnisvaraarved<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, avaneb esmalt v\u00e4ike aken, milles k\u00fcsitakse ajavahemikku, alates millisest kuup\u00e4evast arveid otsime ning l\u00f5petades selle ajaga, mil me arved v\u00e4lja saadame. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seej\u00e4rel kuvatakse arved ekraanile. Kui periood on valitud, avaneb loetelu vastava perioodi arvetest. Klientide l\u00f5ikes on v\u00e4lja toodud, millised on olnud nende fikseeritud kulud, muutuvkulud (soojuskulud vms) vastavalt pinna suurusest, mille eest arved esitatakse. Muutuvkulusid on v\u00f5imalik lahtrite seas muuta. Tuleb vaid lahtrile klikkida ja soovitud muudatused teha. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kui on soov n\u00e4ha, millise kujundusega arved klientidele saadetakse, siis seda on v\u00f5imalik teha <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Aruanded -&gt; M\u00fc\u00fcgiarved<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Avanenud kuvas tuleb otsida \u00fcles soovitud arve, kasutades selleks siis kliendi nime v\u00f5i m\u00f5nda muud v\u00f5imalust (arve nr, saatmiskuup\u00e4ev vms).
